Form C is used against interstate sale transaction. C form
against vat nil but cst applicable for 2%. you are not
present c form in sales tax authority you are liable to
related product vat rate liability paid to central govement
as like your product is 4% vat rate in your state but you
are sale against form c cst 2% but C form not received so
you are laible to remaining vat liabilites for 4-2=2% cst
with interest & penalty)

Suppose you are not present C form within the assessing
period you are liable to pay the cst for local tax rate of
related commodity. like you are sale to plastic ghamela
against cst 2% but c form not present so you can pay your
state local vat rate against cst. your state vat rate of
ghamela 12.5% so you are pay 12.5 less cst all ready paid
2% =10.5% cst with interest 30(2) 30(3) & penalty 29(3).

Dear All, We are a trader and doing one E-1 sales. Supplier send the material by To-pay basis, we endorse the LR and sold to Customer. Customer has given the purchase order for Basic amount and freight amount also. That means we have to pay the freight and getting the reimbursement from customer. In E-1 sales Invoice can we show the freight amount separtely as freight ? Since the customer need the freight head should be shown separetly. Or can we raise the separate debit note for this. Is it create any tax implifications in E-1? Please claify the same at the earliest. regards Regards Thananjeyan.P
