one more thing a negotiable instrument Act governs the
conduct or working of negoitable instrument like
cheque,bill of exchange promissory note.
bob, the working of banking system is wholly related with
the negotiable instrument.so try to find out more about
such thing.
well my next question is what the diference between a
private and a public sector bank? think properly & ans me.

net...but as i could not very convince abt the answers whc
i got for negotiable, so i culd'nt post it ,so am searching
for more specific ans..n let me tell u 1 thg as am not
experienced ny such questions b4, so plz dnt expect
specefic ans frm me...but ll try hard to give more specific
ans in future...n thx for explaning negotiable instument
