214(b)and they didn't give me any reason according to you

They refuse the applications according to the details filled
in the form and on the basis of your interview they presume
you as one of the immigrant as you are unable to prove your
non-immigrant intent. They do not write in details but write
various sub sections which constitute the section 214(b)

I think we need to make a brief and easy to understand description e.g like flight training they don't look pretty much understand that some Aircraft Engineers can go to get their dream as pilot and come back to work in on sponsoring company with both pilot and Engineering capability. And the sponsorship letter if any, need to be more specifically saying that company will pay particular amount of fee under any particular condition.

Hello Sir, My curent employer has applied a canadian long term visa for me. I dont have reliving letter for one of the company (first employer) which i have worked for. Hence, company was asking for a declaration certificate and I have produced it. I am sure I will get the Visa stamped for this time. I would like to know what will happen in future, if I apply for any kind of visa through different employer (any country or Canada) with another employer details. Is there any possiblity for the counsalte to find out this fake information?

My daughter US legal Permanent resident became Pregnant required mother beside her as per Doctor suggestion being her health at stake. I applied for Visit visa for a short stay of 2months which was refused. Again reapplied with same reason, that was also refused.I am not yet ready or in a position to live permanently outside Bangladesh and certainly my husband (US Citizen) will apply for an immigration visa when I will ready to move. I have home and strong family ties and significant assets & income in my home country and a very strong reasons for return my habitual home. My son-inlaw sponsored my trip (who is also a US Citizen)wishes to finance my trip duly provide accommodation and other cost. But my re-application also refused under 214(b).
