I have valid B1 visa through my company as well as i am going to attend H1B visa so my question is: My B1 visa will expire if i got H1B visa immediately or it will valid upto visa expired.
My Original Name running as Rajesh Dayal(Company,Voter ID,Rashan Card).However in my school,University and even my passport name running as Rajesh Kumar.Now i am going for VISA Interview. Please suggest for correct way so that i can rectify.
