Hi,
I hav cleare the sbi main exam and hav been called for gdpi
on 13th feb at Nungambakkam, chennai.

Can anyone tell me about how to prepare for gd and pi?

I hav studied computers in my 12th, graduation and post
graduation and Iam currently doing M.Phil. So I guess a
seperate computer proficiency certificate is unnecessary.
Am I right?

Is there any one from my batch?
Its the first time ever Iam attending gd and interviews and
this is my first attempt in the prelims and main exams too.

I hav no idea of banking and interviews.
Now only 12 days are left and is there any chance of me
clearing gdpi?

Some one had posted that the no of vacancies had been
reduced. Is that true?

Friends please help me.

SBI Tier-II.

Hi all, my self Saheerudheen. I have also cleared the Tier
II of SBI PO. My PI/GD is on 05/02 at Thiruvananthapuram. I
think no need to worry about GD. What you should o is try
to listen to others and express your opinion in a very
polite manner. and Dont be too much aggressive. Best way of
preparation is reading the newspapers and listening to
English News channels regularly (NDTV and CNN IBN etc).

congratulations to all
i am niharika i want to know that after filling the online
form of sbi clerk exam the hall ticket is received by us in
how many days bcoz i had filled the form on 30 dec 2008 but
i didn't get the rollno. yet as i am giving this exam for
first time and also want to know that is descriptive paper
is included in objective type questions or any other day i
filled the examination center from gwalior (M.P) so for the
interview they will call me in gwalior or other city
plz help me plz................
as you have cleared the exam successfully so u people will
guide me well i will be grateful to u

@niharika ur must hav applied 4 associate baks clerical
rect. on 01.03.09 u may get ur call letter atron 20th feb.
an also ther is no des. paper in clerical rct.nd most prob.
u ll get ur inter. venue gwalior r somewhere aron
gwalior....

thanku very much SANDHU yes i had applied for assiciate
bank of SBI.If you have the solved paper of sbi clerk exam
2004,2005,2006 plz send me on my email i.e
vatsalatomar@gmail.com or if not so plz tell me thename of
book in which i can get these papers bcoz i am not going
for coaching i am preparing for myself. onemore thing the
printout of online form is necessary for written test
without it they won't allow me to take my exam is that true

Hi Niharika,
The printout of the online form is not compulsory. Its just
for our reference.When u go to the exam, u must have the
call letter and the original payment reciept. Prinout is
not asked for.

And dont worry about not having coaching. I never took
coaching. I prepared myself for my po exams and I got
selected. I have even applied for the same exam that u have
applied for. I didnt recieve the call letter yet. So dont
worry. U could get the books at any good book shop if u ask
for sbi clerk exam preparation book.

And about the venue, U would have selected the exam center
while applying rite....

U ll recieve ur call letter around 20th feb as the other
person had siad.
