yes, through APIPA, but in this case clients will get
address range only frm 169.254.0.1 to 169.254.254.254,and
this address is not compatible with the internet,it is
temporarily useful within a single broadcast range.

I am using windows server 2008 and its working as DHCP server. 100 clients are connected to this server. All clients are accessing Internet. But I wanna to block some specific websites which is not required by client.
