In present scenario, MCA is as good as a graduation only until unless you can prove your self in Software field. SBI Clerk is a clerical job and career growth is limited. Also it is purely dealing with customers in day to day banking activities.
LIC Development Officer is a career growth oriented, and there is no limit for the income if you are capable.
Its better to join LIC.

DO is very very challeging job. if the responsiblity and
money is the main moto to get more in future then go for
Development officer. after development officer based on the
exam you can reach very higher grade where the salary is
enormous. here DO is meeting various agents and business
people where by know the situation of business and know the
responsiblity of Development officer
If simply get salary and no responsibility then go for
clerk you have to be clerk almost 15 to 20 years reaching
higher level may take time. simply sit in the computer and
do debit and credit entry and tally the cash balance for
the day and shut the work and go home.

dev.officer is the dream job .... no other job can compete
with this in whole world . this job gives lot's of money
with very low effort , very much job satisfaction &

LIC DO job is the only job in India which gives us
renumeration according the the level of work we perfom.
So join LIC and work as much as you wish to earn.

DONT go for lic DO job. because this is contract based job if you are not able to complete your target for 2-3 years you will be terminated from service. CONTRACT BASED JOB TILL RETIREMENT.

sir, i have been selected in bank of baroda clerical recruitment 2008 the test for which was held on 30-11-2008, after the interview. my interview was on 27-05-2009. recently the bank declared its result on 10-07-2009 and my roll. No. was there in the selected candidates list. but sir i m confused that whether any kind of test would be taken further by the bank or not or it is the final selected list for the appointment. now what will be the steps taken by the bank for selection.there is one more thing to ask that in the result it is written that "candidates with following roll No. are found provisionally eligible for appointment in Bank of Baroda", what does provisionally indicate here? As the result was declared on 10-07-2009 but there is no intimation sent till yet neither in my e-mail id nor in the bank's website. so when & how i can have information about that sir i shall be highly obliged to u if u help me to make clear my confusion. kindly inform me on my e-mail (amitarawat5779@yahoo.com).
