I have also been selected for mains. As the obvious
question now looms is the pattern. I am no exception and
would highly appreciate if any leads to the pattern is
posted here. I am from computer background. How is the
difficulty level of the Paper II , is it subjective or
objective. Thanks a lot in advance

this is Bitopan from guwahati Assam. I called for DFO-Main
which will be held on 11 apr-2010. But not aware of any
question type.

Did anyone took the paper apart from the center in DELHI??
Was there only one center in the country ?
Also the post seems to be a nominal one and as per the
information in blogs, it will take a long time for the post
to culminate to a lucrative standing. Cab Sec is taking so
much pain for such a small post - prelims , mains ,
interview !! I might be wrong, if anyone have the
information about the nature of duties or the standing oh
the post compares to its contemporaries in other
departments, please share it here.

Thanks Michel,
they will follow the same process for the interview calls,
letters will reach by post. So look out for the postman
after a month every day :)
BTW, any cues abt the nature of duties and career growth in
this ?

i failed to manage Computer Science Paper. It is all
descriptive. Few topics I forgot too.

But English & GK went good though they also descriptive!! I
left the hope to be a DFO..
But wishing 7 hoping others will win this exam..
