my gre score is 1020(710,310) and toefl is 69,and engg agg 72% with no backlogs...can i get the visa

My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

I'm a BE graduate who passed out in July 2009. I've got an year back, hence I took 5 years to complete my B.E. My finance is pretty strong. I got 59% in my under-graduation. Gre- 1070 and TOEFL- 106 (iBT) Is obtaining a VISA difficult for me ?

Hi, There I am Khan i completed my bachelor degree from computer science Engineering Frm bundelkhand university jhansi UP . I got rejected 1st time i think i was not prepaid that time 2nd time again i appear and they just take my passport nothing apart frm that and they give me white slip ? Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

hi every one, actually i got my admission n also get the date of interview which is 15 december 08. i am going to u all that if i ill get visa, am i capable to start in january session 09, actually my consulate said me if u ill get ur visa, u r capable to start your studies in may 09 session, is that?

1.i applied to only one universtity,i got my admisssion when i say this to visa officer,when VO asks me, will it make appear in good sense, because i have only 65% in UG and low TOEFL score? PLS give me your suggestion

I had rejection three times first 0n 20th march and 3rd and26th of august, my intake will start on 27th of sep can i apply again in sep month? What can I do ?
