They have clearly wriiten in there adv i. e 7800 salary is
only for probation period its like a stiepend.

after probation u will get salary as per bank scale i.e
something around 4660 means u will definatlty get 11 to 13k
per month.

yeah Amit you are right.. but guess in present Era.. not many of us would be satisfied with the amount we are gonna get.. moreover.. i guess..

if remaining a clerk whole life( taking taht promotion is uncertain), is not anyone's aim.. wea ll are just trying to get into this SBI.. not into a challengig career.. but still.. its a better option.. as we can try n get promotion on the basis of our skills...

so just hope to get selected..

i have the answer according to the current situation that
we will be paid Rs. 7600/-PM

satisfaction is depands on individual.

the demand for revision in salary is continue by the bank
unions bacause it is due since last 2 years and possible it
will be accepted by govt. of india and IBA either this year
or next year.

the chances for promotion are very good but limited.
