has to be included when asked to same about our self.
since this is my first interview some one help me...


one more thing,
may be they are calling in the alphabetical
order and the number may be the ranking.. this is my
opinion but not sure..

also can some one say what are all possible questions may
be asked for electroninc and communication.bcoz i am ECE
stutent.plz help...

Dear Friends,

My interview was not that good. full bakwaas. I think they
have already selected teh candidates in the first 3 to 4
days, now they are conducting interview simply naam ke vaaste..

Now i dont know what to do. i had all hopes in this job. but
now it looks as if i will not be able to get it.

they are asking very tough questions.

when was lehman brothers founded.

whats the number that is printed in a cheque. and how many
digits are there.

who is the manager of the sbi bank from where interview was
conducted.

how many rounds are there in billiards.

reverse repo rate , and its significance.

what technology for communication does ATMs use.

how many nationalised banks are there in india

noble prizes in phy, che, literature this year

and so on. only this i can remember.

hello to all of you. I had given the interview on 15 oct. and it was a nice experience. However what i observed in the interview is that the board panel will consist of 4 members.
Each of them were assigned there subjects as to ask question on gk, to ask question on subjects, to ask question on banking, and to ask question on personal interest and family background.
Now to good marks in the interview you have to answers as many questions as possible asked by each member.
An each member will ask u question rapidly unless u say "no sir I dont know the answer."
So to get higher marks in interview you have to answer many question as possible. That will definatly secure a place for you in the successful list of candidates.
the procedure must be something like this
if you answer is one correct and one wrong they will give you 50 marks
similarly if you ans two correct and one wrong they will award you 66.66
3 correct and one wrong will be given 75 marks
10 correct and one wrong you can make 90 marks.
Thus in this way you have to give 99 correct answers to get 99 marks which is quit impossible.

Now they will obtain the avg. marks from the marks given by all members.
This marks will be added to your marks in written exam.
In this way a merit list will be obtain
candidates in top 20000 will be selected and rest will be rejected.
So guys be careful and best of luck.

I was called at 8.30am.... reached there at 9.30.... Saw
many people sitting in one conference room...... Went up to
2officials sitting there.... They asked me my name.... all
the documents were checked.. Then the lady asked "agnostic"
christians hote hain?? I said no.... Agnostics dont
believe in God... The other person also joined in now and
we had a discussion on the topic even before intervu....
Then I went back to relax.... And we were given
breakfast... Since I hadnt had anything I was hungry like
hell and unlike many others I started eating as soon as I
got it... ;-)
Suddenly a guy came and took two names and the 3rd name was
mine.... He said "pehle kha lo. fir upar chalo intervu k
liye" and I said no i will have it later.....

Then upstairs, 1st guy went in for the 1st intervu of the
day.... Chai wala came and asked us to have it.. Asusual I
accepted much to the surprise of others.. Others were
giving me dirty looks for this.. Dont know why though....

Then he came out and the next girl went in..... both had
their intervu for abt 10-12mins.....
Then it was my turn.....
I went in...

lady: So Nikhil, how did you spend your yetserday?
Me: Watching match and celebrating and reading novel.
lady: Very relaxed!!
Me: Yes.
lady: So you are not scared of the interviewer?(atleast I
heard interviwer!)
Me: No maam. You are only human.
lady: No I mean the interview.
Me: Yes I was a bit tense in the morning.. But its fine now.
lady: Nikhil, you have written a very interesting hobby.
You like observing people. What exactly do you mean by that?
Me: Said some idiotic things. She was almost laughing.
lady: You have written "surfing net". What do you usually
do while surfing.
Me: Read blogs, social networking.
lady: Do you write blogs yourself?
Me: Not often. But yeah I have written a few articles on
cricket. and the last one was an emotional one on rahul
dravid.
lady: What do you think nikhil. should we do away with
senior players from our cricket team?
Me: Answered! Cricket is my strongest point.
lady: Sir, do you wanna ask anything?
Sir: Nikhil, you have written "AGNOSTIC" as your religion.
What is that?
Me: Explained quite a lot that I dont care wether GOD is
there or not. If I get a proof of either I will change into
an athiest or a thiest.
Sir: What kind of a proof do you want? If God is not there,
then who created this universe?
Me: Something like if a God comes himself/herself and talks
to me would be a good proof.
blah blah blah....
heated discussion on the topic... But they were laughing..
And I was perplexed wether i am looking or talking like a
joker....
Sir: You have selected karnataka, maharashtra and kerala as
your preferance if not in delhi. Why so? even though you
are from delhi?
Me: I want to explore india esp south india.. I have only
read abt the beauty of india.. I want to experience it
too...
lady: What if we send you to a rural place?
Me: Thats will be even more fun. I have never seen a
village.(thugh I have!! and many times at that) I would
love to go there...
all these ques were being asked before promising me that
this will be the last one but they kept asking more n more.
Last ques. what is the difference between creed and
religion because what you have said is creed not religion.
I was like "If thats so, I am afraid I was not aware of
this. I would find out about it once I go back"
The guy was quite happy with my this honest answer....
Now when I think of the intervu, a smile comes
automatically on my face.. It was so odd and hillarious in
between....

I think they would either think that I am a big fool, or
that I am very idealistic and intelligent, or that I only
brag about myself....

But one good thing was that I was myself there for most
part of the interview.. Now its upto them how to interpret
my behavior.

One more thing, I honestly said that I was never interested
in this job.. and that my father forced me to appear for
the exam.. Dont know how much effect this stupid statement
of mine makes... But I also said that now I really want
this job and even preparing myself for it.....

interview at Noida.
They a
first they asked me about my meaning of my name the other all questions frm my hobbies and interests (Stock Market)that i hv mentioned in biodata.
1. hw many company shares in sensex when its started.
2. what is the work of SEBI.
3. sub prime issue
3. chairman of sebi
4. y u want to join bcz u r already getting more salary.

hi guys i hav my interview testerday..at saltlake ...it was
fine.they asked me abt my graduation subject
basically...there were 3 persons.1 lady..
what is npa?
what is crr?
dats all.
they r also askin sum questions regarding situations.and wat
u wud do in dat situation?
what r d deficiencies u see in public sector banks?remedies?
it was 10 minutes matter................best of luck to all
guys and gals ...don't get tensed.

do prepare about your extra qulifiication or about wat you
r doing right now
next prepare about your hobby , atleast one question will
be from that....
