Neeraj here.I attented my interview today i.e. on
21-10-2008 in Chandigarh.
The interview panel consist of 3 members. 2 males & 1 female.

I m from science background with M.Sc Math so these were the
questions for me


1st sir: How many elements are there??
(from Chemistry)
1st sir: What is reflection?
1st sir: What is refraction?
(he wanted detail for that)

then 2nd sir : Who is first citizen of India?
PRESIDENT
2nd sir : what is currency of Russia?
2nd sir : who is governor of Harayana?
2nd sir: Chairman of Planning Commission?
2nd sir : what is binary?
zeros and one in Computers

after 3rd Mam : who is the richest indian in world?
L.N Mittal

3rd Mam : what is full form of Virus?
( i said i dnt know but i can tell you what is virus )
then she asked how to control it?


Ques of other candidates from my batch
q1. what is single entry system? ( he was from commerce)
q2. c.m of Uttarakhand?

In Chandigarh 21st October was last day fro interview
In some places it is 22,23,24....so its different everywhre
depending upon
number of candidates


And one member also told me that 20000 more post will be
announced soon....

there is so many candidate here who r selected for the
interview is getting much more than this double or even
triple, I am also earning much more than this as an
Accountant........for you if you can't adjust in 8000 pm
then you have also better option you can join MNC or IT , I
think that is better and now I am also working for a MNC
Co. so very few candidate are unemployed here but yes we
all should think once before joining this job........it may
be good in future or may be it will not as much good as
your present job, so everyone should take their decision
independently.

but according to me try for best always............!!

Yes Anil What you said is absolutely correct. After
attending some peoples are thinking about salary and are
not showing interest to join and by that there r taking
opportunities of those candidates who r really in need of
this job

hi everybody

i came to know that the pay will revise next year in the
month of may (2009). and the hike will be arround 15-20% in
the basic pay. till than it will be Rs/-7600/- per month.

VERY IMPORTANT- Hi guys i am selected in sbh i read in the advertisement that was published in employment news about clerical recruitment in sbi associate banks that the job will involve marketing flair ie. will require making calls, travelling a lot My questions are 1. is it a marketing job or clerical job 2. are they recruiting us for in the bank services or will make us travel like marketing people 3. i initially thought that my job will be like those people who i see in banks ie. cashier etc but after reading the advt carefully i guess the job is something different 4. please guys clarify my doubts .U may also assk ur friends selected in last years sbi recruitment drive as to what jobs are they assigned and whether the advt during their time also had similar description of the job.. HELP PLEASE..
