Hi,
I attended the interview on 14/10/2008.
It was good, I'm a Post Graduate in English , so they asked
mainly based on literature.
Besides those questions in literature, they asked about my
childhood,my schooling etc.
One best question:- What is a goal, and how far you
achieved your goals.
What are your qualities to be absorbed into banking career?
How will you find out you in a heterogeneous group?
Mention 2-3 headlines of today's newspaper?
Who is the Governor of Kerala?
One Keralite who won Jnanapeedha Award?
Rivers in Kerala
These are the questions asked to me
Prepare well and do well

hi all,

my interview was on 18th. Interview was not that good. they
can ask any question they think from gk, studies, sbi, and
marketing. Pray to god.Let see what happens and now it
depends written examination.

DEar Friends,

Thanks to all who have posted the questions asked to them
in the interview,

I would like to request who have faced the interview to
post the questions asked to them whatever they are,
We all have the idea that they can ask anything related to
GK, SBI, Studies,etc. This forum is being flourished by all
of us to have some peculiar knowledge of the probable
question, so don't be too selfish.
All of us have earned the knowledge and valuable guidance
from this post and it's our responsibility to payback some
knowledge if u have faced the interview.

so plz post the questions and the formalities followed by
yourself at the time of interview to enable the forthcoming
candidates to have a good knowledge of all things.

I have no intentions of dis-respecting to any personal.
if i have hurted someone than i am sorry.

but plz post the things,

people are facing many problems and they are confused too.
after i have psoted my no. here candidates from ahemdabad ,
hyderabad and mumbai are calling to know the procedures.

reading the answer posted by shruti nd some others
i'm really getting tensd once again......
well i knw some of the ans asked to shruti.
1. whats the number that is printed in a cheque. and how
many digits are there?
ans. the first 6 digit r the cheque no. the next 9 digits r
the MICR no., the nxt six digits have no name wheres the
last 2 digits are known as transaction code.

2. what technology for communication does ATMs use?
ans. atm uses Multiprotocol over Wireless technology.

choosen ppl from the first 3-4 days,they will choose after
all the intrvws r taken......so no need to worry....they
also knew that thy were asking u tough question.....might b
checking your honesty level like whether u r posing that u
knw everythng or nt......nething can b possible.don't loose
heart.......

dont' let yourself down,

As far as billiards is concerned,
i don't think there are no. of rounds the players decide to
get a target of points before starting the game,
whoever reaches the marks earlier is the winner.
generally the target is of 100 pints in the championships.
so they were just checking your confidence.

I wrote Shruti 1 coz it seems there are two shruti in this
blog. kindly mentioned ny surname etc so that u both can be
identified seprately.All the best to u for ur interview
that is on 22nd if I m rite.
Keep posting more information and b in touch.

nd Shruti 2,

No need to worry yaar even if u hav nt performed very well
in interview as the weightage for written is much more than
the interview and if u have done gud in written, no one can
stop you.
You did all what u could now I think u have done ur best so
leave the rest on God.

these q were asked in the interview on 26april 1.HOW WILL YOU MANAGE THE PROMLEM OF CUSTOMERS? 2.name 2 pvt banks recently in news? wat was the matter? 3.if a customer comes to u with 5 lakh rupees then which investment plan will you suggest to him? 4.a situation was also given........You are sitting in the cash counter...the senior manager passes by that way..he finds 10000/- lying down..he silently takes that money and disappears..
