I have qualified in the sbi clerical test .Now my
interview is on 16-10-2008.So pls tell me what questions
are asked in the interview and tell me the reference book
for interview in sbi.

Hi
I am from Chandigarh.
My Medical completed today.But report of that will be known
tomorrow.
The persons who got the letters were there.There is a serial
number mention in that.And also WING(I ,II or III).According
that first certificates were checked then they direct to
some doctor of there choice either in 35-C or in 19-A.
They then direct the candidates to some lab for all
test.Report are to be given to Doctor at his home cum clinic
or in SBI office if he is there.Chandigarh candidate will
require at least Rs.1500-1700 for Medical.So keep that much
atleast with you.
IMP POINT:- Persons with spectacles should take their Old
number report with them.otherwise they will ask you to test
that also.
Tomorrow might be appointment letter will be issued.
So lets see tomorrow.

hi!
what i read here is different that in our circle
i completed my medicals today at sterling hospital
with a total amount of 1300.
here we have given the posting date as on 5 jan
and training session starting from 19 jan to 24 jan .
we have also given the oppurtunity to join sbi-life
insurance and work with it after clearing exam with banking
work also and for that we would be given 10000 fixed salary
for 6 months and as per date.
what i read in this blog is different than mine.

I have been selected for SBP but I have also had interviews in Bank of Baroda and Canara Bank. I am a bit confused whether to join or wait for other results to come out because according to the SBI advertisement selected candidates have to work in shifs if required and also travel if necessary. Can anybody tell me what is the notice period in SBP.
