Merit List has not yet been published and i think it will
only be known when we get our result in form of letter i think..
and abt pay in new Jobs of Assoc. banks, there is no
difference b/w this one and previous one and job profile is
also exactly same...

friends, congrats to all who were selected and gud luck to
the rest. Well Unfourtunately i could not make it. And now
i am assessing the causes of my failuer. and i need your
help in that. Well friends i attended sbi interview on 15
oct. The panel asks me number of questions. and i answer
almost all of them in just one or two words. for eg. they
asks me which is the largest fresh water lake in india. i
told "lake wooler sir". Then they asks me where is it. i
told them " in J&K." similarly i answer many question in
just one or two words.
Now I ask you guys, Is it beacuse of that i could not score
more to make in the merrit list.
please friends clear my doubt as i had to face another
interview on 20th of dec. for bank of maharashtra. and it
will be my last chance. please give some advices. thanx.

almost all questions in interviewe,but
still didnt selected.

tht means ur qualified merely for
interview,

the interviewers will b giving an
average mark for example 28 for
everyone who attends,but thy will
give bonus mark of another 1 for
exeptional candidates,otherwise thy
will b on 27 r 28 even for the poor
candidates also.wat this means is
the decisive factor is written test ,all
wil b mostly depending on tht.
interview is just a mere formality.so
dont think much n prepare for tht
extra mark which can change ur
fate.goodluck

chance that one can disqualify in medical, like the eyes
not having 6/6 vision or color blindness.. plzz reply

thr is no such rule tht candidate
shld have 6/6.n medical test is to
know the candidate is without any
serious deasises NOT like sugar n
bp e.t.c.. n the chances of rejection
on medical grounds r virtually 0.n no
need to tell abt police verification.

sir, i have been selected in bank of baroda clerical recruitment 2008 the test for which was held on 30-11-2008, after the interview. my interview was on 27-05-2009. recently the bank declared its result on 10-07-2009 and my roll. No. was there in the selected candidates list. but sir i m confused that whether any kind of test would be taken further by the bank or not or it is the final selected list for the appointment. now what will be the steps taken by the bank for selection.there is one more thing to ask that in the result it is written that "candidates with following roll No. are found provisionally eligible for appointment in Bank of Baroda", what does provisionally indicate here? As the result was declared on 10-07-2009 but there is no intimation sent till yet neither in my e-mail id nor in the bank's website. so when & how i can have information about that sir i shall be highly obliged to u if u help me to make clear my confusion. kindly inform me on my e-mail (amitarawat5779@yahoo.com).

My Brother got SMS from SBI,CRPD that he is selected for clerical post of its Associate bank i.e state bank of hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh , Last week.But till now he is not received ant e-mail or appiontment letters from SBI or SBH .
