Summary filers are used when you want to apply filter the aggregated values.

While detailed filer worked at lower level of data/values in the columns.

E.g
1) Detailed filters -> [Quantity] < 2000
2) Summary filter -> [Quantity] = maximum([Quantity] for [Company])

In #1 you get report output at detailed level while in #2 you get summarized data.

Summary filter: If the filter applied after aggregation
then aggregated records are filtered.

Group filter: A filter which is applied to the group is
known as group filter

There is no difference between summary filters and grouped
filters:
For version 8.3 and above ... we use the term summary
filter and for lower versions we say grouped filters.

In one of my report i have one data item sales_amount. If this report is run by one user from india so the sales_amount should be display in indian repees(Rs.) format, if USA user then in dollers($), if UK user then In Pounds.Hou can i achive this? Please answer me.

I have 3 dataitems in a list username,transaction type,transaction amount. In transaction type i have 3 types 'add','update','delete', i have almost 750 rows. After displaying the list report i want to know no. of add's,update's,delete's in 3 different rows
