between the my folder and public folder?

Public Folder is nothing but shared folder. My folder is
nothing but personal folder. Any body can share the folder
and show the reports(PUBLIC FOLDER) but it is not possible
in my folder.

My Folder ------------ It is a folder.
----------- My folder can access only one user.
----------- So that this is called as My Folder.
Public Folder--------- It is a Folder.
--------- Everybody can acess Public Folder.
--------- So that this called as PublicFolder.

Public folders are the folders which is used by all users
and they contain the reports which all users created
My folders are the folders which we cteate individually and
contains the reports which are cteated seperately by the
single user
