to attend the interview for the third time in

Hi, I got admission in BIOMEDICAL ENG. MS in Ohio,WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY. My gradution % is 59.67. GRE 1030. TOEFL 87. I am going to appeaar fro visa interview. I am bit tensed about my backlogs. I have a lot of zeal to study Biomed. and make my career. will b rejected b'coz of my backlogs?

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? I got 2 I20's but I had tension about visa because I attempt the toefl for 2 times had very low score SO I atempt Ielts for 3 times had a score 6.0 and my gre 980 Btech 70%(no backlogs),is der any effect on visa by attempting these many times.So please reply me?
