you have to give answer about the first question of why u
not do ms in india in this manner that- the ms from USA is
more reputed than that of INDIA and u have more flexible
education system in USA than that of INDIA.i will get
international explosure.Also it's an amazing experience to
study with the student all over the world.Also i will get
more technical knowledge regarding my field of ms.

Look by sayin dat i wud get practical knowledge or
international exposure or commentin on ther reputation wud
endorse him to ask more question such as for getin
practical knowledge or internaional exposure y did u
selected US only n y not germany or UK?? also, we r not
suposed to make any comment on th reputaation of any
country, university or company.
The straight forward answer is dat u jus xplain dat how
much advance US is in yr field n how the knowlwdge n
xperience would help u advance yr career in India. also
mention th demand of yr course in india n yr chances of
getin good job as well. this, i suppose. wont raise ny

Tell a specific field that doesnt exist in India that you
want to study like Man Machine Interaction, Machine
Learning, Fuzzy Logic etc. There are many such unique
fields. Research your univ website and I am sure, you'll
find such topics in your own department.

If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.

i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help

I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time for the Aug(fall) 2010 admissions or not. Pls give ur valuable suggestions or share ur experiences about how should i proceed. thnx in advance :)

i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?
