well call centre is a place where huge volume of calls are
made and recieved by the custmors on behalf of the
compnay.but all work has to be performed with some technical
sources like computer IVRS system and also call centre also
provide technical solutions to custmor problem's.so we can
say a call centre is a place where non technicalwork is
done with technical means.

Its very privailage to share my opinion on call centers. call centers are nothing but where made calls to customers ,taking up the calls from customers .this process can be done throw technical equipments.i cansay its not fully technical as well as non technical.
