In Windows Server 2003 theree is option to make DHCP
server.It it used to provide and configuring IP address to
remote host.
Go to start
>ontrol panal
>add or remove program
>add remove windows component
>network services
>select dhcp-next-next-finish.
Then for configering dhcp >tart
> program
>admin tools
>click on DHCP
On DHCP server wizard there are many options to
configured. Put a velid IP address range.You can reserve
some Ip for specific devieces and exclude some IP address
for future usage.
So hope Now you can configure a DHCP server.

to set DHCP you need DHCP server or DHCP server capable
device such as cisco router etc... You then set the address
pool and excluded adresses then if it needs to be forwarded
off that lan segment you need to set ip helper on the
recieving interface of the none DHCP server router recieving
the broadcast. You will also need to configure the lease
time and default gateway etc..

1-To set DHCP First we need dhcp service that is taken
from start-program-add or remove program-add remove windows
component-network services- select dhcp-next-next-finish.
2-now start- program- admin tool- click on DHCP-r click on
dhcp server - put start ip address as 192.168.0.10 and end
ip address as 192.168.0.100 now follow the simple step if u
want to reserve some ip address u can select reserve option
here a lot of option u can set according to your need.
advantage- it will be provide ip address automatically.

go to network place and right click on it and go to
propoties and go to tcpip protocol and set ip
automatically.then automatically set ip address, this is
known as DHCP , this is the way .

fist of all when u want to set dhcp on the server side ---
step1- install dhcp by-- from start-seeting -control panal-
add or remove program-add remove windows
component-network services- select dhcp-next-next-finish.
stap 2- configer dhcp--now start- program- admin tool-
click on DHCP-r click on
dhcp server - put start ip address as 192.168.0.10 and end
ip address as 192.168.0.100 now follow the simple step if u

i think if u hav a server os in ur system then go to
windows component in control panel n select networking..
then detail where u will gwt a DHCP server option.. click
it.. it will show u a welcome wizard... configure there n
see will will get a dhcp tool in administrative tools in
all program..
