Weblogic admin console comes with the installation. But
JBoss admin console called JON has to be installed
seperately.

We can remove unnecessary services from jboss if we dont
want but with weblogic we cant.

we don't have facilities like Topics/Queues,DataSources,etc
in Jboss, whereas in Weblogic we do have such facilities.
