to 10%.the rate of exise duty is 8.2416 inwich basic exise
duty 8% & edu. cess-2%,& h.edu.cess-1%. being exiseable
goods must be fallow 3 condition.
1- duty on goods.
2-goods must be manufacter in india .
3-goods must be esiseable.
