two or three layer. Because every layer has its own
specification, so we can't merge them in two or three layer.

2.) network protocol layer which takes care of transport ,
net work layer activities
3.) device drivers layer which support dll & phy lyr...
so can maintain net work with 3 layer tech'lgy....
but it is little bit complex to maintain
