5*3*8 = 120
Given 120 + remainder 2
120 + 2 =122

solution. l.c.m. of 5, 6, 8 =2x5x3x4=120
As it is the smallest number we will add a sum of
2 because it is the remainder which we want when it is
divided by 5, 6, and 8 to the l.c.m. of 5, 6, 8
= 2+120
=122
therefore the smallest number that divides 45, 6, and 8 is
122 leaving remainder 2.
