You should never say something like "I loose my patience
with colleagues if he is not supportive" it will give a
negative impression to the interviewer abt u. u can say
some thing like "My main strength is my sense of
committment to tasks. When I am given something, I cannot
rest until I complete it. At times my this strength turns
to be by weakness as well in that I tend to be a bit of a
workaholic."
