In case DEPB licence ,we are paying full custom duty and
depositing C.V.DUTY only.we can avail modvat credit to the
extent of payment of cv duty and pass on to the customers
to that extent.

When we are using the DEPB licence for duty adjustment 100%
there is no question to avail the modvat credit. Then we
will purchase the goods under CT-1 Bond & ARE-1 Form for
export the goods.
