HR?

We never choose HR in career, each career holds some knowledge of it. I came to know when I joined in fewer companies that HR awareness is must as I go along in career path as Project Management Activities need it to know and implement it. At times I felt HRA stands for
House Rent Allowance or Human Resource Allowances ( Just none around me to teach me or make me learn what is in my pay slip, for example..)
