What happens when a vote of no-confidence motion is passed against a minister?..

Answer / vikram sahasrabudhe

A vote of no-confidence cannot be introduced against a
individual minister. There is no such provision in the
rules of procedure. It is passed against the council of
ministers collectively as a single entity. So the question
doesnt arise.
