Actually first Muslim ruler was Mohammad Ghori. However in the option his name is not mentioned. So the correct answer would be qutubuddin aibak. He was a slave of Ghori and was. Technically he is not a sultan according to Muslim community because he is a slave. But he was definitely the king and ruled Delhi sultanate for 4 years (approximately)
