Hello All, I am a indian lady married in aug,2006. In 2007 I asked one agent to apply for a passport for me. He filled up the form & I signed it. After few days I got the passport. Now there is one mistake he has done while filling my form. ****He has written my marital status as UNMARRIED in the form by mistake.*** Now I wanna go to US on B2 visa. Now I want to ask whethere I can face any legal action, because of wrong infromation in my passport application about the marital status earlier which is by mistake. What should I do?

sir i was studied M.Sc(tech) vlsi design couse in andhra university in between 2007 to 2010. but every vlsi company not considered to recruit of us. so many companies told that this course is not approved by ugc. actually andhra university is approved by ugc right> but why they are not offering any jobs for this couse. whatis wrong. please give me a good suggestin. is there any legal activity to put on my course and on the university. i felt that i lost 3 years time passed.
We are a manufacturing organisation , the product produced are batch detemined ( every day we have a different Batch No day wise). Part of the finished product produced is taken by another department to manufacture thier final product . We transfer material from one storage location to another and have activtaed the back flush indicator for manufacturing the finished product of department 2. The transfer of the product from dept 1 to dept 2 is of different batches . will the system do automatic back flushing for the final product of dept 2. If yes please let me know.
