Cause: Attribute OCI_ATTR_NONBLOCKING_MODE has been set on
the server handle and attached in OCI_POOL mode. Connection
pooling does not support non blocking mode.

Action: Do not set the OCI_ATTR_NONBLOCKING_MODE attribute
on the server handle while attaching in OCI_POOL mode.
