ORA-30150: Invalid argument passed to OCIFile function..

Cause: An invalid argument is passed to the OCIFile
function. The most common cause is that a NULL pointer is
passed where a non-NULL pointer is expected.

Action: Make sure that the values passed as arguments are
valid. Esp check for NULL pointers.
