ORA-12914: Cannot migrate tablespace to dictionary managed type..

Answer / guest

Cause: Attemp to migrate locally managed tablespace to
dictionary managed type when the database has locally
managed system tablespace.

Action: Command cannot be issued.

Please add more information about this Error

bcoz the tablespace is created through dbca so the local
cannot be dictionary
