ORA-38758: cannot flashback data file string; restored since
last recovery

Cause: An attempt to do FLASHBACK DATABASE found that the
file was restored since the last standby recovery. The file
cannot be flashed back.
Action: The file must be taken offline before continuing
with the FLASHBACK DATABASE command.
