TDS is the system in which tax payer has deduct some amount
of their Income tax which is paid by him once in Year but
with the help of TDS System the amount deducted as
installment in advance. Suppose You r paying tax Rs
20000/=per year it is difficuilt to paid such amt suddenly
(same time)because it is out of pocket for us, so by TDS
system we may deduct it as Rs. 100 to 1500 as our wish
every month. If we hv paid TDS Rs. 10000/=during the year
out of Rs.20000/= Then in the end we will paid Rs. 10000/=
more.
