My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating
to previous employer, I got only offer letter and
experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont
have pay slips also. I was working for a temporary
position. what related docs should I have posses?? Thankq

hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

My H1b petition got approved in July 2008.So far I havn't gone for the Consulate Interview.My employer is asking me to attend in March.Is it right time to go to Consulate Interview in March sometime, looking at the recession?
