Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. I have applied for J1 visa 3 years back and it got rejected Reason: No sufficient evidence of coming back(Strange but true). This year my application for H1B is accepted interview will be in sept oct, will the interviewer ask about my J1 refusal?
