Certification questions are asked to get idea how efficient
a developer in providing technical knowledge after landing
on site. For all L Visa candidates , specific
certifications like , microsoft certification, OCP, Java
certification are having preference over others to get
Visa.if you dont have any certificate , please tell that
you are preparing for the certification and ready to appear
for the test after landing . It is always easy to plan and
prepare for certifications if you are in on site.

My B1 visa got rejected and I tried second time for the same. Please help to success the second time visa interview as I am not very fluent in english.

Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. Anyone can kindly advice on what are the chances of getting US visa.
