What do you understand by perceptron? Also, explain its type.
Answer / Priyanka Gupta
The Perceptron is a simple linear classifier used as the foundational building block for artificial neural networks. It takes input data and produces an output decision based on a threshold function that compares the weighted sum of inputs to a bias term. The Perceptron can be either binary or multi-class, depending on the number of output classes it is trained to produce.
