Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as
that done when we have applied for passport??
If police checking doesnot include personal interview by
police officals, then how is police clearance done for
getting visa..........

NO POLICE CHECKING IS DONE FOR GETTING IS VISAS.BUT FOR
GETTING / APPLYING FOR VISA , NOC CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
FROM PASSPORT OFFICE, FOR SOME COUNTRIES SUCH AS CYPRUS.FOR
THIS SERVICE PASSPORT OFFICE WILL CHARGE 300 RUPEES AND PUT
STAMP ON PASSPORT.

Hi ,
if u got passport with police enq.Then you will getting
easily PCC any country.It is simple.No need to again police
enq for visa point of view.SOme countries asking before
stampig visa or some countries asking after stamping visa
for PCC.anyway asper we will follow the visa rules.If need
pCC any country. You will be pay the Rs 300 at ur passport
location and handover ur original passport.Some passport offce
stamp the pCC and letter same day hand over person by
hand.Some passport office send our postal address.

ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.
