Hi every body, I applied for student visa ,all my documents
was complete but the embassy reject me becouse of my
language!!!but I have IELTS 6.0 and that is enough for my
university and they accepted me in master!! I don't know
what shall I do?!!!I have just 45 days to start the
semester and embassy do this!!!

Your IELTS Marks has nothing to do with your visa but writing that exam is must. Even the guys with 5.5 band has got visa...

if your university will directly contact the VISA consulate and send them a FAX/email saying - they are ok with your language skills then it MIGHT resolve your issue.
In my husband's case, we asked university to send such document to consulate and he got student VISA even without appearing for any English language test.

At present I have taken a break from work, and undertaken a study programme in a related field in a college in Bangalore. I wish to attend a trade fair in Germany that is related to my field of work. My questions are: Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Bangalore, although I am a resident of mumbai? ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.
