It is AGTHEOUSE (c) because it is given that we can write
TRANSPORT as RTASNPORT (the second part of the word PORT is
untouched) in the same way GATEHOUSE should be
AGTHEOUSE.

Any code language is buildup on certain rules. So with out
knowing all the rules, one cannot code/decode the word.
