Hi Guys...I just started working with QTP now.The frame work they use hear is Write all the functions in function libraries and pass data using data dictionary either from data table or excel .I kind of understood evrthing but one thing I need to know is How do they recognize objects .Do they use object spy and recognize objects or record them ..Does soemone have any idea how they generally do this is such kind of framework

Now it appears to be more than enough... I have learn entire QTP, I did whatever I could do but still facing lots of problem and those problems could be removed only after working in professional atmosphere. But still unable to expose myself as professionaly. It is becoming panic, It has been two years I am in manual testing and looking for the change but all the recruiters ask for QTP, but my problem is I don't have working experience with QTP. Kindly suggest me I really need effective suggestions. I dont have more caliber to work with present organization cause of salary reasons...boo.. hooo...hooo. What is the standard timing delay for web based application in qtp?
Using Regular expression method some particular value is not present in given value. HOow do use regular expression? Forexample password all number,character ,special character are accepted but (_',)underscore,comma are not used. How do write regular expression.
