Colour photography:- This means taking photograph of an object showing its natural colores. Ordinary photography is called black and white, since in such the colours are depicted merely as shades of black or grey. The principle of colour photography is based in the theory of colour vision. The colour film of the modern monopack type has three layers of the photographic emulsion on single plate. The upper layer is sensitive to blue colour the middle of to green and the bottom one red. These three colours are known as the primary colours since any given colour may by produced by a suitable combination of red, blue and green. Colour photographs are produced by two processes. the additive process is used for making transparencies for projection and direct viewing the subtractive process is used for tranparencies as well as paper prints.
