Is it morally wrong to attempt to climb a mountain?
Answer / Ms. Vidushi Bhatnagar
Climbing mountains can be a challenging and rewarding activity, but whether or not it's considered morally wrong depends on the context. If mountaineering is undertaken with respect for the environment, proper safety precautions, and a sense of personal responsibility, then it generally does not pose moral issues. However, if climbers engage in reckless behavior that endangers themselves, others, or the ecosystem, then their actions could be seen as morally questionable.
