thick candle 1/6 th in every hour
thinner candle 1/4 th in every hour

after 3 hrs

thicker (1/6)*3= 1/2 the length , remaining half
thinner (1/4)*3=3/4 th lenth ,remaining 1/4th which is half
of thicker one
