SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony) is a Cisco feature that enables IP Phones to register with a local gateway if the primary connection to the CUCM server fails. MGCP (Media Gateway Control Protocol) Fall-Back refers to the fallback mechanism used by Cisco routers when they cannot communicate with a Media Gateway Control Protocol server.n
