Actually we have to pay Rs 1000 to A but A will be pay to B. A said to us Please pay Rs 1000 to B. In these case we pass as below entries.

1.Purchase a/c Dr 1000
To A a/c 1000

2. A a/c Dr 1000
To B a/c 1000

3.B a/c Dr 1000
To Bank a/c 1000
