Try to explain the what they are doing is unethical,will
try to substantiate with the proper reasoning and also
explain the consequences which may effect the whole
organisation.And also explain that this action will set a
wrong trend which will be difficult to revert back.

Incase of such a situation , i would try all means to
convince them the consequences and even then if they are
still not convinced, will request the team to put forward
the proposal in front of the management and then stick to
what they suggest...

first i understood the real situation if my team members
are really going in a wrong way then i will definately
explain the outcome of the work and after discussing with
all team members we will finalise one alternative that will
lead to good result.

its not matter,bcoz 'unethical' 'wrong' these word is too
much view oriented, whatever and whichever I feel unethical
in fact with my company's respect it is not like that with
my company's respect it is correct on which I feel
wrong/unethical.If the higher authority of our team grants
the full team's action then as a team-member I hv to
accompany with team's action.It's must to me to agree.

At the end of the day everything is a team game if we are
in a team, but this doesnt mean that we have to accept all
the decision blindly.we should come forward and try to
explain our view and should make sure that everybody in the
team is convinced.Still if the team is not persuaded then
we should go by the majority.Because sometimes a timely lie
is better than 100 truths and since human is a social animal
we should respect our teams decision unless its crosses the
border which everyone should keep in ones life.

1st of all i wud do thorough analysis of the case. then i
wud put myself in my teammates' shoes and wud try to
interpret result. then i will search for possible
alternatives that will suit my team and for my organization.
then i will put forth these alternatives (modifications) and
will try my best to convince my teammates.

first i will think what could be the reason for that change
